They are made with expert American hand-craftsmanship, the most up-to-date athletic materials, and first-hand knowledge of ballet. The designer and almost the entire team are former dancers. 

Gaynor Mindens last 3-6 times longer than traditionally made pointe shoes. The parts that provide support for the dancer, the shank and toe box, are made from advanced flexible polymers. 

Gaynor Minden shanks do not Soften, weaken or break in with use, so you need to be sure your roll-through is perfect when the shoe is new.

Feather Gaynor Minden Pointe Shoes come in a turquoise blue bag and have a  flexible shank.

The Sculpted Fit is appropriate for a slightly tapered foot with a “waist”: cut with an ample metatarsal, a snug midfoot and a narrow-medium heel.

All the pointe shoes in our stock have suede tip platforms, deep vamp and high heel.
